摘要
猪肉产品质量安全问题已经成为公众关注的热点问题,不少学者一直试图通过实施供应链管理来保障优质猪肉的生产。优质猪肉供应链高效运作的关键在于其协同模型设计,本文依据协同理论,探讨了优质猪肉供应链模型设计的意义、规则、程序和策略等问题。
As pork product quality and safety has become a hot issue of public concern, many scholars has been trying to guarantee the production of high quality pork through the implementation of supply chain management all the time.The key for efficient operation of high quality pork supply chain lies in its synergistic model design.Based on the principle of synergy theory, the significance, rules, procedures and strategies of model design for the high quality pork supply chain were discussed in this paper.
