摘要
以广西小叶榕为原材料,采用DM301大孔吸附树脂分离纯化小叶榕叶提取液中的总黄酮,研究了DM301树脂吸附分离总黄酮的动力学,对其速率控制步骤进行了系统的研究,实验结果表明,DM301树脂吸附小叶榕叶总黄酮的整个过程符合"未反应核收缩模型",1-3(1-X)2/3+2(1-X)对吸附时间t具有良好的线性关系,证明黄酮通过吸附层的扩散决定了整个吸附过程的速率。
The experiments were carried out to study the separation and purification of fiavonoids from Ficus microcarpa L.f with macroporous resin D301, and the absorption dynamics about the ratio control steps was investigated.The results showed that the whole absorption process was in line with the "no nuclear contraction reaction model", had a good linear relationship between 1 -3( 1 -X)2/3 +2( 1 -X)and the adsorption time, and it proved that the diffusion of the flavonoids going through absorption layer was the controlling speed step.
