摘要
绿色电力机制是政府允许、引导、鼓励愿意为使用清洁电而多支付一些费用的用户,自愿选择购买可再生能源电力。作为回报,购买"绿色电力"的用户将被授予荣誉证书,并将在媒体上获得公益宣传。同时,有相应的机构保证用户多支付的电费被真正用于可再生能源的发展。对国内外绿色上网电价机制进行了探讨,提出了测算绿色电价的模型,并结合实例进行计算。
The mechanism of green electricity price into grid is a policy that government permits, guides and encourages users voluntarily to choose clean renewable energy at higher fee. In return, the ＂green energy＂ buyers will be awarded a certificate of honor, and will be publicized in Commonweal Advertisement of public media. Meanwhile, there will be an agency to guarantee the extra fee paid by the ＂green energy＂ buyers to be used for the development of renewable energy. This paper discusses the mechanism of green electricity price into grid both at home and abroad, proposes a model to calculate green electricity price, and finally applies this model to actual project.
