摘要
研究了蒸煮温度、时间、H-因子、消耗碱的量和初始硫化度与蒸煮终点浆料卡伯值之间的关系。结果发现,卡伯值与H-因子的倒数成线性关系;与消耗的碱量平方的倒数成线性关系;与硫化物和残余碱含量之和的倒数同样成线性关系,并得出了卡伯值预测的数学经验方程,即:K=A+B/{H[(CAA-0.5S.CAA)-(0.5S.CAA+CREA)]2}。验证结果表明,该模型可以对速生桉木常规KP法蒸煮终点浆料卡伯值进行准确预测,其线性相关系数R2=0.9152。
A prediction model, for pulp Kappa number during eucalyptus kraft pulping was presented. Based on the relationships between the pulp Kappa number and pulping parameters such as H-factor, initial concentration of alkali and sulfide, and residual alkali in the cooking liquor, an empirical model, i. e., K=A+B/{H[(CAA-0.5S·CAA)-(0.5S·CAA+CREA)]^2} with A = 9.50 and B = 9.28 ×10^5, was proposed. The result showed that there is a good agreement (R2 = 0.9152) between the measured and predicted pulp Kappa number, indicating that the model is justifiable to be applied to predict pulp Kappa number during eucalyptus kraft pulping.
