摘要
在对棉短绒成分基本分析的基础上进行了烧碱-AQ法与烧碱-Na2SO3法制浆工艺的研究,综合考虑了其对得率、纸浆高锰酸钾值及黑液中残碱含量的影响,得出了两种工艺的最佳制浆条件,并对这两种方法的工艺条件进行了比较分析。
On the basis of analyzing the content of cotton linter, soda - AQ pulping and soda - Na2SO3 pulping have been researched. Then pulp yield, the number of KMnO4 in paper and the rest soda in liquid have been fully considered. At the same time, compared the process conditions of the two methods.
