固相萃取-高效液相色谱法同时测定大豆中5种除草剂 被引量:6

Simultaneous determination of 5 herbicide residues in soybean by high performance liquid chromatography with solid phase extraction

摘要 目的:建立大豆中5种除草剂多残留同时检测的高效液相色谱分析方法。方法:样品经甲醇提取,C18固相萃取小柱净化后,采用高效液相色谱方法分离,检测波长为230 nm。结果:5种除草剂(普杀特、苯达松、氟磺胺草醚、喹禾灵、2,4-滴丁酯)在0.5-10.0 mg/L范围内线性良好,回收率为77.9%-101.8%,相对标准偏差为1.24%-6.50%,方法的定量限为0.05-0.08 mg/kg,能达到国家有关上述除草剂残留限量的要求。结论:本法操作简便,准确可靠,为质量监控提供了参考。 Objective: A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for simultaneous determination of 5 herbicides residues in soybean was developed and evaluated.Methods:The analytes in soybean were extracted with methanol.The extract was cleaned up using an SPE-C18 cartridge,separated and determined by HPLC with UV detector at a wavelength of 230 nm.Results:The linearity of 5 herbicides was good in the range of 0.510.0 mg/L.The recovery of the method was 77.9%101.8% and relative standard deviation(RSD) 1.24%6.50%.The limits of quantitation(LOQ) of the 5 herbicide residues were 0.050.08 mg/kg.Conclusion:The method is accurate,reliable and easy to be operated.It can be used for the determination of 5 herbicide residues in soybean.
