摘要
目的:采用连续流动在线蒸馏法测定水中的氰化物,探索最佳的检测条件,使实验结果更为准确。方法:本实验从水样的采集到检测严格按照实验室要求进行控制,比较分析过程中的各种影响因素。结果:本试验测定两份水样,精密度分别为2.33%,2.31%。回收率为99.2%,98.6%,检出限为0.0002 mg/L。结论:水中氰化物的影响因素较为复杂,掌握其原理,控制条件可以得到较为准确的实验结果。
Objective: To determine cyanide in water by flow injection to explore the best testing conditions causing the experimental result to be more accurate.Methods:The study from samples collected to the testing in strict accordance with the laboratory requirements,compare the various influencing factors in the process of analysis.Results:This experiment determines two samples,the precision is 2.33%,2.31%.The returns-ratio is 99.2%,98.6%,the detection limits is 0.0002 mg/L.Conclusion:The influence factor of the cyanide in the water is complex.Grasp its principle and control condition may obtain the more accurate experimental result.
