摘要 目的探讨饮用水中氰化物的流动注射分光光度测定法。方法一般样品直接进样,如果样品中含有游离余氯时,先用无水亚硫酸钠溶液除氯后再测定熏应用QC8000型流动注射分析仪,直接在线蒸馏测定饮用水中氰化物。结果该方法的线性范围为2.0~50.0μg/L,r≥0.999;检出限为0.23μg/L,RSD为2.5%~3.8%,回收率为94.9%~98.5%。结论该方法测定饮用水中氰化物简单易行,精密度、准确度好,特别适合大批样品的测定。 Objective To establish a simple, accurate and sensitive method for determination of cyanide in drinking water. Methods By means of using flow injection analysis instrument, the cyanide in drinking water was determined on-line. Results The data obtained by this assay accorded with Beer's Law, the range was 2.0-50.0 μg/L r≥0.999, the detection limit, relative standard deviation and recovery rate were 0.23 μg/L, 2.5%-3.8% and 94.9%-98.7% respectively. The sampling frequency was 20 samples per hour. Conclusion The method for determination of cyanide in drinking water employed in the present paper is simple, accurate, sensitive and suitable for the analysis of large number of water samples.
