国外高校毕业生就业模式研究 被引量:41

Research on the Foreign University Graduates' Employment Mode

摘要 由于国家体制、文化传统、价值取向、劳动力资源紧张程度不同,各国高校毕业生就业呈现出不同的特点,可归纳为日本模式(全员参与型)、英美模式(高校主导型)、德国模式(公共服务型)、俄罗斯模式(自由放任型)、印度模式(计划和市场双重管理型)。从毕业生就业的结果看,校园招聘仍是多数国家高校毕业生就业的主渠道。总体上说,国外高校毕业生就业主要采用学生自主择业、学校强化指导、政府宏观调控、社会提供服务的机制。对我国的启示是:强化高校就业指导和服务的责任,加强学校就业中心建设,推动中介机构和行业协会为毕业生就业服务,重视实习和实训工作,高度重视网络招聘信息和网上招聘,充分发挥政府部门的协同作用。 Due to the different nation system, cultural tradition, value orientation and the strain degree of the labor resources, the university graduates' employment has presented different characteristics, which can be summarized as Japanese Mode (people involvement), British American Mode (university domination), German Mode (public service), Russian Mode (to let things go their own ways without restraint), and Indian Mode (planning and marketing dual management). From the result of the graduates' employment, campus recruiting has still been the major channel of university graduates' employment in most countries. In general, foreign university graduates' employment mainly adopts the mechanism of students' initiative choosing an occupation, schools' strengthening guidance, government's macrocontrol, and the society's offering service. The enlightenment to us is to intensify university employment guidance and the service responsibility, strengthen the construction of school employment center, push forward the intermediaries and Industry Associations to serve the graduates' employment, pay attention to field work and field training, highly value internet recruitment information and online recruitment, give full play to the synergistic effect of the government departments.
