UF-50尿沉渣分析仪在尿路感染诊断中的应用

摘要 目的对临床患者中段尿同时进行细菌培养和尿沉渣检验,分析两种方法检测尿路感染的一致性。方法对UF-50检测出的白细胞数量和细菌数量分别和尿培养结果进行ROC曲线分析。结果UF-50检测出的白细胞数量和细菌数量与尿培养结果存在一致性。结论在有效保证分析前质量的情况下,UF-50分析结果能准确预测尿培养结果,在无法保证分析前质量的情况下,将UF-50分析阴性结果作为排除尿路感染的依据可能更有意义。 Objective To conduct the analysis of urinary sediment and urine bacterial culture, and analyze the consistences of the two methods in the diagnosis of the urinary tract infection. Methods The results of the two methods were analysed by means of ROC curve. Results There are consistencies between the two methods. Conclusion If we can ensure the quality of the test, the result of the urinary sediment analysis can predict the result of the urine bacterial culture,or if not,it would be useful that the negative result of the urinary sediment analysis can be regarded as the basis to exclude the urinary tract infection.
