摘要
用生物发光技术检测222份细菌或菌尿的ATP含量。结果:平均值>130.9±11.38为细菌感染,平均<32.96±2.26为非细菌感染。革兰氏染色镜检和L型细菌培养及普通培养与生物发光法比较,结果一致;阳性标本的生物发光平均值高于阴性标本的平均值。提示生物发光技术的灵敏度高,可快速检测菌尿中L型细菌,对临床尽早诊断有参考意义。
おTP is a kind of necessary metabolites in the living cells. We detected ATP contents in 222 bacteriuria or the urine germ by bioluminescence method. The results showed that the patient had been infected when the mean value was >130.9±11.38 and had not when the mean value was <32.9±2.26. The results were the same with the Gram Stain, Lform bacteriuria culture and the common bacteriuria culture. The mean values of positive specimens are higher than that of the negative specimens by the bioluminescence. Thus, it is indicated that the bioluminescence method has high sensitivity. This method can be used to detect Lform bacteriuria in the urine germ quickly and is important for early diagnosis by the doctors.
