摘要
国有控股银行是我国商业银行的主体,代表着我国商业银行的主流发展趋势。绩效管理是银行管理的一个重要方面,能够有效地促进银行管理效率的改进。基于BSC视角的绩效管理体系能够全面地反映出银行管理的系统性功能,显著地优越于传统的绩效管理方式。实证性检验能够揭示银行管理的优势行为与不足之处,从而为国有控股银行的绩效管理提供现实性的理论指导。
National share banking is the main content of our commercial banking, and represents the mainstream trend of our commercial banking. Performance management is an important aspect of banking management which can contribute effectively to the improvement of banking management efficiency. BSC-based perspective of performance management can comprehensively reflect the systemic features of banking management, and significantly superior to the traditional performance management approaches. Empirical study may reveal the advantage and disadvantage of banking management, which may provides actual theory reference for our banks performance management.
