摘要
政策性银行在一国的金融体系中有着举足轻重的地位。作为配置资源和调节经济的重要手段或工具之一,我国现有的三家政策性银行的职能定位和业务范围存在明显的不足,不但不能为相应的地区或产业提供进一步发展的信贷支持和政策导向功能,而且将当初成立之时国家赋予的功能也大大地弱化了。基于这一原因,本文选择我国政策性银行的职能调整研究为题目,分析如何解决我国政策性金融机构存在的职能缺位问题,使政策性银行为国民经济的均衡发展发挥更为重要的作用。
The policy banks of the country possesses an important position in economic system, as an important means or tool to dispose the resources and adjust economy. However, the current function and vocation of our three policy banks exists clear shortcoming, not only credit support and the policy direction merit ability developed further can not be provided for corresponding district or industry, but also the merit that the nation en- dows have been seriously weaken . Basing on this cause, this thesis selects The Function Perfection Research On Our Country Policy Banks as the ti- tle, and analysis how to solve the problem, and makes policy fmance play an important effect on the balance development of national economics.
