摘要
在分析了人力资本贡献价值和项目经理人力资本理论研究的基础上,本文首先分析了建设工程复杂的委托代理关系,指出了项目经理人力资本贡献价值评价的特殊性。其次针对建设工程复杂的委托代理关系,本文应用共同委托代理理论和方法,分析了项目经理人力资本贡献价值评价指标体系的构成,即在企业剩余评价的基础上引入了项目成功评价指标体系。第三,本文给出了融合项目成功评价的项目经理人力资本贡献价值评价指标体系有效性的判断依据——应与项目经理人力资本能力评价相一致。最后,本文指出了项目经理人力资本贡献价值范畴中,应进一步深入研究的内容。
At first, based on the analysis of the human capital contribution value and human capital theory, this paper analyzed the complex principle-agency relationship of construction project, and pointed out the specality of the evalution system of the construction man- ager＇s human contribution value. Secondly, this paper developed the index system of the construction manager＇s human contribution value based on the common agency theory and methods, that is introducing the factors of construction project success into the construction manager＇s human contribution evaluation system. Thirdly, this paper describe the judge fundation,viz consistent to the competency evaluation of the construction manager human capital. At last, this paper pointed out the further research fields about the human capital contribution value of construction manager.
