摘要
研究室是各类研究机构实施科学研究的基本单元,已经成为推动我国农业科技创新和转化的关键力量。文章对河北省农林科学院95个研究室进行了总结归纳,认为影响研究室进一步发展的是研究方向不明确、研究任务重、接班人缺少等问题,并根据问题的形成机制和发展趋势,提出了对研究室实施分类管理,结合产业发展凝练研究方向,建立研究室五层次构架和建设研究室特色文化等相关对策和建议,为研究室可持续发展提供理论依据。
Research department is a basic unit in various agricultural science research units. It has been one of the key factors promoting agricultural scientific and technological innovation and transformation in our country. Based on the questionnaires of 95 research departments in Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences, it was concluded in the paper that unclearness of research directions, heavy research task and few successors were mainly factories limiting improvement and further development of research development. According to causes of problems and their developing trends, related countermeasures and suggestions were also put forward, i.e., the first is classified management of research department, the second is combining research directions with the industrial development, the third is building five level frames and cultural features of research department. The paper could provide theoretical basis for the sustainable development of research departments.
