摘要
目的分析了磨削加工过程中声发射现象产生机理和声发射信号数学模型,利用新型流体声发射传感器监测磨削加工过程,方法讨论了磨削过程的声发射信号在流体声发射传感器中的传播特性,并就液体喷射速度和角度等因素对其传播特性的影响进行了理论分析,结果实验表明了所用方法的实用性,给出了磨削加工过程中声发射信号特征。结论揭示了利用流体声发射传感器进行磨削加工过程监测的实质,为磨削加工过程的监测开辟了新领域。
Aim To analyze generation mechanisms of acoustic emission in grinding pro- cess , gives acoustic emission signal mathematical model , and use the new type fluid AE senser to monitor the grinding process. Methods Transmission characteristics of dif- ferent type of acoustic emission signal of grinding process through fluid acoustic emis- sion sensor were discussed, and the influence of some factors such as angle and veloci- ty of fluid ejection on its transmission characteristics were analyzed theoretically. Re- sults Experiments showed its applicability and gave acoustic emission signal characteristics. Conclusion A new way to monitor grinding process by a new type flu- id AE sensor is revealed.
