摘要
利用缔合物Cr(HL′)2-SCN-DBS能被可溶滤膜富集的特点,用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定了Cr(VI)为0.1μg·L-1级水样。在Cr(VI)为1.0~6.0μg·L-1测量范围内,Cr(VI)的浓度与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,其相关系数r=0.9988,检测限0.05μg·L-1。地表水及饮用水中常见离子不影响测定,水样加标回收率为90%~110%。
Based on the enrichment of Cr(HL′)2SCNDBS ternary complex on a soluble membrane filter,a sensitive method for the determination of lower than 0.1μg·L-1level Cr(VI)in water by the GFAAS is proposed.The linear range of determination is 1.0~6.0μg·L-1in water and the detection limit is 0.05μg·L-1.Ions normally present in water have no interference,and the recoveries of standard addition of Cr(VI) are 90%~110%.
