摘要
以Hg光谱为标准,采用光学多道分析器光栅多色仪的多点定标方法,对可见至近红外区域(0.4~1.1μm)范围的光谱进行了波长标量,并对Ne,H2及激光二极管光谱进行了实际测量,其中对Ne用四点标定的误差不大于0.38nm.
Using the radiant spectra of Hg lamp as wavelength standards,the procedure of wavelength calibration for grating spectrometer with CCD optical multichannel analyzer has been described.The authors have calibrated the visible and nearinfrared range (0,4~1.1μm) of wavelength by multiponint calibration method,the measurements of real sources,such as Ne lamp,H2 lamp and laser diode,indicate the satisfying results with maximum error less than 0.38nm.
