摘要
由于开式转盘—静盘系统比较真实地模拟了航空发动机涡轮盘腔内有冷却空气通过时的流动情况,因此本文采用SIMPLEC算法对具有中心射流的旋转盘腔中的流动和换热进行了计算研究。控制方程采用轴对称园柱坐标系下的形式。从计算过程和结果来看,入口冷却空气的流速Uin(又可表现为雷诺数Re)。转盘的旋转角速度ω(又可表现为旋转雷诺数Reφ)、入口孔径比等均对流场有影响。本文对这种变化的影响重点讨论了出气口处径向速度v随着轴向(x方向)的变化,以期发现“入侵”的存在及其危害性大小。计算表明随着Reφ的增大,“入侵”越严重,而Re越大,“入侵”越不易产生。
Local heat transfer and flowfield were investigate with SIMPLEC algorithm between a open-ing rotating and stationary disc with axial throughflow, because the opening rotating and station-ary disc model could simulate the real Aero - engine conditiion. Governing differential equationwere build in cylindrical coordinate. The inlet velocity uin (or Re) the rotating speed ω(or Reφ)and the diameter ratio of inlet affected the flowfield. The result showed the eddy appeared with in-creasement of Re and Reφand unchanging of the when the velocity of outlets was minus, 'invade'phoneme could be fouded. When Reφ increased 'invade' phoneme serious, when Re increased' in-vade' phoneme disappeared.
