甲状腺结节的诊断和治疗现状 被引量：4

摘要 1甲状腺结节的发病情况 甲状腺结节是甲状腺疾病的常见临床表现。随着内分泌医生和影像学医生对甲状腺疾病的认识不断提高和检查手段的日益敏感和精确，临床发现患有甲状腺结节的病人越来越多。据文献报道，北美洲甲状腺结节的临床触诊检出率为4％～7％，而应用B超检查，检出率高达67％。甲状腺结节常见于老年人、女性、碘缺乏地区的居民和有甲状腺射线暴露史的人；
