摘要
氟罗沙星（ｆｌｅｒｏｘａｃｉｎ，ＦＬＸ），是一种新型三氟喹诺酮类抗生素，目前我国已有厂家生产，是众多新型氟喹诺酮类药物中较有特色的新品种。其抗菌作用机理为抑制细菌ＤＮＡ回旋酶，使ＤＮＡ复制受阻，并对细菌细胞壁产生强渗透作用而显示极强抗菌活性。ＦＬＸ是...
