摘要
以制造企业为研究对象,从供应链角度分析企业面临的不确定性因素,提出基于供应链的企业生产计划控制模型,构建一个科学的、鲁棒性较强的企业生产计划控制系统,从而尽可能地降低不确定性对企业生产的干扰和影响。
Analyzes the uncertainty factor existing in the supply chain, and then, as for the core enterprise to the supply chain, brings up supply chain-based the model of production plan and control and brings a scientific production planning and scheduling system, in order to reduce the impact from the uncertainties, and ensure the enterprise normal production.
