摘要
研究城市中心区的停车特性以及停车特征,深入分析其供应和需求关系,正确处理好城市中心区的停车问题,对解决道路交通拥挤,减少交通事故,提高道路通行能力方面有重要的意义。该文根据停车调查数据,以重庆市南岸区南坪核心区的停车规划为例,研究停车配建指标、停车需求与停车供给之间的关系,分析近期、远期城市中心区的停车需求,提出相应的路内、路外停车规划方案,为停车规划实践上提供一套切实可行的方法,解决城市中心区的停车问题。
The article studies the parking characteristics and the parking property of the urban central area, and deeply analyzes its relationship between the supply and demand. It is great significance to correctly handle the parking issue of the urban central area for solving the road traffic jam, decreasing the traffic accidents and enhancing the traffic capacity of road. Based on the investigation data of parking and taking the parking planning of Nanping Core Arae in Nanan District of Chongqing City as an example, the article studies the relationship among the parking construction index, parking demand and supply. The article analyzes the parking demands in the short term and the long term of the urban central area, puts forward the relative parking planning scheme outside and inside the roads to practically provide a set of practical method for the parking planning, and to solve the parking issue of the urban central area.
