摘要
模炼油厂污泥中分离得到1株生物表面活性剂产生菌C-3,根据其生理生化特性和16SrDNA序列相似性分析,将其鉴定为铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)。初步研究了其产生物表面活性剂的最适条件,在以植物油为碳源、30°C、初始pH8、Ca2+浓度20mg/L、250mL三角瓶中装75mL发酵液的条件下,最利于菌株的生长和生物表面活性剂产生。它的成分为糖脂类物质,临界胶束浓度(CMC)为50mg/L,具有很好的增溶效果。
A biosurfactant producing bacterial strain C-3 was isolated from the sludge of a petroleum refinery and identified as Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The optimal conditions for the growth and biosurfacant production of strain C-3 were investigated. The results showed that strain C-3 could grow well and produce the largest amount of biosurfacant under the following conditions: seed-oil as sole carbon source, 30℃, initial pH 8, Ca^2+ concentration of 20 mg/L, 75 mL medium in 250 mL Erlenmeyer flask. The biosurfactants produced by strain C-3 was identified as lipopeptides, showing high surface activity and emulsifying efficiency with critical micelle concentration (CMC) being 50 mg/L.
