摘要
为探讨口腔粘膜下纤维性变(OSF)中胶原堆积的原因,电镜下对OSF患者病变部位中的胶原纤维形态进行研究。结果显示:①胶原原纤维横断面:OSF早期“负染”胶原和管状胶原较正常增多,中期主要为“负染”胶原和管状胶原,晚期则绝大多数为“负染”胶原;②胶原原纤维纵切面;OSF早期以黑色纤维为主,中期黑白纤维混杂,晚期以白色纤维为主。研究结果提示:OSF的胶原纤维发生了变性。其程度随病变发展而加深。
In order to urderstand the cause of accmulation of collagen in Oral submucous fibrosis(OSF), an observation on morphologic Changes of collagen included taking note of fibril abnormality onthe cross and longitudinal sections. The results showed that:di On cross sections, collagen of controlwas mostly the solid fibril with even electron density' However, at the early stage of OSF, negatrvelystained collagen and tubular collagen increased, at the moderately advanced stage, the solid collagendisappeared, and at the advanced stage, almost all collagn fibrils were negatively-stained. ② On longitudinal sections, most of the collagen fibrils were black with periodic cross-striation in control and earlysubmucous fibrosis, at the moderately advanced stage, it was mixed with black and white fibriis, thelatter had not the characteristic cross-striation, and at the advanced stage, the bulk of the collagen waswhite.
