NK-κB mRNA及PPAR-γ mRNA在Barrett食管、食管腺癌的发病中的表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究NF-κB及PARR-γ在Barrett食管及食管腺癌中转录水平的表达,探讨Barrett食管(BE)及食管腺癌的发病机制。方法采用real-time PCR法检测正常食管上皮、Barrett食管黏膜及食管腺癌标本中NF-κB mRNA及PARR-γmRNA表达情况。结果NF-κB mRNA在BE及食管腺癌中表达均增强,其表达率平均为正常鳞状上皮的1.2058倍(P<0.01)和1.7212倍(P<0.01);PARR-γmRNA在BE及食管腺癌中表达明显增强,其表达率分别为正常鳞状上皮的5.9130倍(P<0.01)和2.0314(P<0.01)。结论NF-κB及PARR-γ转录水平明显增高说明两者的表达上调在BE及食管腺癌的发生发展中可能起着重要作用。 Objective Explore the pathogenesis by test the express of NF-κB mRNA and PARR-γ/mRNA in Barrett E- sophagus(BE) and Esophageal Adenocarcinoma(EA). Methods The expressions of mRNA of NF-κB and PARR-γ/were investigated in normal esophageal squamous epithelium( n =75 ),BE( n = 50) and EA( n = 25 ) using real-time PCR. The differ- ences among the three groups were compared and the correlations were analyzed. Results The expressing of NF-κB mRNA in BE and EA was 1. 2058 time( P 〈0.01 ) and 1. 7212 time( P 〈0.01 ) of normal esophageal squamous epithelium,respectively. Similarly,the expressing of PARR-γ mRNA in BE and EA was 5. 9130 time( P 〈0. 01 ) and 2. 0314 times( P 〈0. 01 ) of normal esophageal squamous epithelium,respectively. Conclusion The up-regulation expression of NF-κB and PARR-γ mRNA in BE and EA may play an important role in the development of neoplastic progression.
