摘要
针对热轧中厚板在拉伸试验中出现延伸率不合格的问题,通过对拉伸试样断口形貌、断口区域的金相组织分析,认为钢板中夹杂物含量较高、中心线偏析和粒状贝氏体组织的出现是造成钢板延伸率不合格的主要原因。
In addressing the problem of unqualified elongation in tensile test for hot rolling heavy plate, the authors analyze the fracture morphology of tensile sample and the metallographic structure of fracture area, and deem high content of inclusion, centerline segregation and granular bainite structure are the main causes.
