摘要
利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱等手段,对低合金高强钢Q345B系列和容器钢Q345R中厚板拉伸断口分层及延伸率不合格的原因进行了分析,最后提出了相应的整改措施。
Causes of tensile fracture delamination and ineligible prolongation of Q345B HSLA and Q345R vessel steel heavy plates are analyzed by optical microscopy(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy disperse spectrum(EDS),etc,and corresponding improving measurements are put forward at last.
