摘要
现有创新组织研究基本围绕制造企业展开,那么,知识密集型服务业的创新组织有什么特点?创新组织不同结构与创新绩效有什么关系?本文借鉴组织理论和创新理论,对知识密集型服务企业创新组织的概念进行了界定;提出组织结构的三维度特征,即自我管理性、相互依赖性和边界渗透性;分析了知识密集型服务企业创新组织与创新绩效之间的关系;并通过实证研究揭示了定制化与标准化知识密集型服务企业创新组织与创新绩效之间关系的差异性。
Most studies on the innovation organization were done specially around manufacturing finns. What are the specialties of innovation organization in KIBS and what are the relationships between the innovation organization and the innovative performance? Based on the theories of team building and innovation, the definition and structure of innovation organization in KIBS was proposed. The structure of innovation organization includes three dimensions which are self-leadership, interdependence and boundary penetrability. The relationship of innovation organization in KIBS and innovative performance are analyzed. Through the empirical studying on both standardization KIBS and particularization KIBS, the differences of innovative performance under different KIBS are discovered.
