通过分析教学管理模式从统一型、灵活型、创新型的演进,揭示了建立创新型教学组织的必然性,继而对高校作为创新型教学组织的主要特征进行了界定,并着重对高校如何成为创新型教学组织的对策做出了初步性的探讨,有助于使高校明确建立创新型教学管理模式的必然性和紧迫性,提高创新管理水平。
Through analyzing the teaching management model evolution from the unified type, nimble type, the article reveals the inevitability of construct the innovative teaching organization, then defines the principal character of the colleges and universities as the innovative teaching organization, emphasizes the countermeasures of colleges and universities that become the teaching innovative organization initially, this helps to make colleges and universities definitude the inevitability and urgency of constructing the innovative teaching management model and improves the management level.
