摘要
报告１８例高龄喉癌手术的围手术期处理，尽管高龄患者对手术耐受性较差，但经过合理的围手术期处理都能顺利渡过手术关。作者认为高龄不是喉癌手术禁忌，不应放弃和拖延手术。
Abstract Eighteen elderly patients with laryngeal carcinoma were treated by surgery in our department from 1985 to 1995. There were 13 males and 5 females , ranging in age from 70 to 80 years. The stage of TNM was T2N0M0 in 2 , T3N0M0 in 8 , T4N0M0 in 2 , and T4N1M0 in 3. The tumor location was supraglottis in 9 , glottis in 7 ,and subglottis in 2. The complications of these patients were hypertension in 16 , diabetes in 4. After medi- cal treatment in perioperative period , all 18 patients survived laryngectomy. We suggest that the elderly patients with laryngeal carcinoma should not be considered as contraidi- cation for laryngectomy and it was unfavourable for these patients to abandon or delay surgery.
