摘要
报告１６例伴有糖尿病的喉癌手术的围手术期处理。尽管糖尿病患者对手术耐受性较差，但经过合理的围手术期处理，无１例死亡，无严重并发症。作者认为糖尿病不是喉癌手术的禁忌，不应放弃或拖延手术。
Abstract The results of perioperative management in sixteen cases of laryngeal carcinoma with diabetes mellitus were reported.The operation on the patients with diabetes mellitus was of danger.After correct perioperative management all l6 cases survived,without death or seri-ous complication. We suggested that patients with diabetes mellitus should not be considered as contraindication for laryngectomy and it was unfavourable for these patients if operation was abandoned or delayed.
