戊唑醇和苯醚甲环唑种子处理对玉米幼苗生长的影响比较 被引量:14

摘要 采用药液浸种法研究了两种药剂对玉米种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,在试验浓度下,戊唑醇和苯醚甲环唑处理种子对出苗率没有影响,但对玉米幼苗的株高都表现出了一定的抑制作用,戊唑醇处理明显抑制玉米幼苗株高,但戊唑醇处理浓度低于300μg/mL时,其显著增加了玉米幼苗的叶绿素含量,并明显增加了玉米幼苗的可溶性糖的含量。与戊唑醇相比,苯醚甲环唑处理浓度大于300μg/mL时才表现出对玉米幼苗的抑制作用,苯醚甲环唑处理更有利于玉米幼苗的生长,苯醚甲环唑处理提高了玉米幼苗根系的呼吸作用。以上结果说明,苯醚甲环唑处理对玉米幼苗生长的安全性好于戊唑醇。 Effects of seed treatment with tebuconazole and difenconazole on the emergence of maize seeds and the growth of maize seedlings were studied. The results showed that although the emergence rate of maize seeds were not different, the maize seedling height were inhibited significantly by seed treatment with tebuconazole and difenoconazole, especially treated with tebuconzaole. The contents of chlorophyll and soluble sugar were significantly increased in maize seedlings as maize seeds treated with tebuconazole lower than 300μg/mL. Compared with tebuconazole treatment, the inhibition of maize seedlings height were showed when the difenoconazole concentration was higher than 300μg/mL, the effects of difenoconazole on seedlings development were more beneficial than tebuconzaole, and the respiration of maize seedling roots were enhanced as maize seeds treated with difenoconazole. All above results indicated that the safety of maize seedlings development with difenoconazole treatment was better than that with tebuconazole.
