摘要
从哲学层面看,传统的企业技术创新观往往是静态地认识创新问题。本文强调一个动态认识企业创新问题的技术创新观,并从整合、互动、演化三个方面对企业的动态技术创新观进行了探讨。整合的观点强调将整体作为技术创新认识的单元;互动的观点强调将协调作为技术创新活动的核心;演化的观点强调技术创新过程中的新价值创造。通过动态的技术创新观,将有助于企业技术创新管理获得更大的成功。
From a philosophical perspective, the traditional enterprise＇s technological innovation view is always a static understanding of innova- tion issue. This paper emphasizes a technological innovation view which has a dynamic understanding of the enterprise＇s innovation issue, and il- lustrates the three aspects of enterprise＇s dynamic technological innovation view： integration, interaction and evolution. Integration stresses the integer as a unit of the understanding of technological innovation; Interaction stresses the coordination as the core of the activities of technological innovation; Evolution stresses the new value creation in the process of technological innovation. The management of enterprise＇s technologi cal innovation will achieve greater success with the help of the dynamic technological innovation view.
