摘要
从技术创新的概念及生态环境问题出发,深入分析了传统的技术创新观的经济学基础,指出它是一种单一的经济发展观,并从经济学角度论证了这种经济发展观严重的生态缺陷,在此基础上提出了技术创新生态化转向的概念,并对此进行了论证,指出了它的理论意义和实践意义。
Starting from the concept of technical innovation and the problem of ecological environment, this paper makes profound analysis on the economic foundation of traditional outlook of technical innovation, points out that it is a single economic development outlook, and from the angle of economics, discusses on the severe ecological shortages of this economic development outlook, and based on this, puts forward the concept of the ecologicalized turnover of technical innovation, and makes demonstration for it, and points out its theoretical and practical significance.
