摘要
本文收集了11例经临床病理证实的脑的原发性恶性淋巴瘤,分析了其临床影像学表现。本瘤典型的CT表现为平扫稍高或高密度,增强扫描显著均匀性强化,边缘不光滑有浸润倾向,伴沿软脑膜生长。这些特点有助于诊断。
Radiological findings of 11 cases with cerebral malignant lymphoma proven pathologicelly were analyzed. The CT findings of the characteristic lesions are hyperdensity, enhancement intensely and homogenousely, irregular edges tending to infiltrate and grow along pia mater These features were helpful to the diagnosis of primary cerebral malignant lymphoma.
