摘要 目的:研究人脑胶质瘤CT有增强效应区域的微血管构筑和机理。方法:采用透射、扫描、冷冻蚀刻等多种电镜技术,对人脑胶质瘤内微血管构筑进行详细的观察。结果:CT显示有增强效应区域的微血管无论在分布、形态和组织结构方面都发生了明显改变。而在CT上无增强效应区的微血管结构大致和正常脑组织相似。 Objective:This paper was to study microvascular ultrastructure in human glioma which obtaind enhancement effect on the CT scan. Methods:We observed the microvascular ultrastructure in the glioblastoma tissue using scanning electron microscopy conventional ultrathin section and freeze fracturing replica technique. Results:The microvessels proliferated and dilatated. Diameter of the vessels varied from 10 to 30 μm. Irregular septums and digital processes were discernible in larger vessels. Endothelial cell junctions were tortuous. Elongated surface enfolding in endothelial cells and pinocytotic vesicles markedly increased. The capillaries in the area of low density without contrast enhancement on CT appeared relatively normal.[WT5”HZ〗Conclusions:Marked difference existed between enhancement and non enhancement regions on CT.
