大鼠海马微血管构筑的衰老变化

STUDY ON THE MICROVASCULAR ARCHITECTURE AND SENESCENT CHANGES OF HIPPOCAMPUS IN RATS

摘要 目的:观察并定量分析大鼠海马微血管构筑的衰老变化。方法:采用单宁酸-氯化铁媒染微血管的方法分别观察青龄大鼠和老龄大鼠海马的微血管构筑,并采用MiVnt图像分析系统对海马的微血管密度(MVD)及微血管面积密度(MVA)进行定量分析。结果:老龄大鼠海马的微血管分布杂乱、扭曲缠结;老龄大鼠海马的MVD值和MVA值均明显低于青龄大鼠(P<0.01)。结论:老龄大鼠海马的微血管明显减少,这是老年血管性痴呆发生机制的主要形态学依据。 Objective:To observe and quantitatively analyze the microvascular architecture and senescent changes of hippocampus in rats.Methods:TA-FE method was used to observe the microvascular architecture of hippocampus in young rats and aged rats respectively. MiVnt image analytical system was applied to quanti- tatively analyze the microvessel density (MVD) and the microvessel area density (MVA) of hippocarnpus.Results: In aged rats, the microvessels of hippocampus distributed disorderly, twisted and tangled.The MVD and MVA of hippocampus in aged rats were obviously lower than that in young rats (P〈0.01).Conclusions:The microvessels of hippocampus in aged rats decrease obviously, this maybe the main morphological bases of developmental mechanisms of vascular dementia in old age.
