摘要
目的:测定河南蜂胶中槲皮素的含量。方法:采用HPLC法,D iamonsil(钻石)C18(46mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-0.4%的磷酸水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL/m in,检测波长为283nm。结果:河南蜂胶中槲皮素的含量为27.3mg/g,RSD为0.80%。结论:该方法简便准确,重现性好,为各地蜂胶药材的进一步开发利用提供质量控制依据。
Objective：To determinate the content of quercetin in Propolis from henan.Methods：HPLC method was established.Diamonsil C18 column was used,CH3OH-4%H3PO4 solution as mobile phase,gradient elution,at the flow rate of 1.0mL/min and the UV detection wavelength at 283nm.Results：the content of quercetin in Propolis from henan is 27.3mg/g with RSD of 0.80%.Conclusion：This method is simple,accurate and available for the exploitation and the quality control of Propolis in different areas.
