摘要
目的了解与新生儿疾病治疗相关科室的护理人员对新生儿疼痛相关知识的了解程度,并提出提高护理人员对新生儿疼痛知识了解的措施。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,调查护理人员对新生儿疼痛知识的了解情况。结果护理人员对疼痛评估了解的为16.6%,认为疼痛知识能满足临床需要的为13.9%,经常能正确评估新生儿疼痛的为22.5%,认为医务人员非常有必要掌握新生儿常用疼痛评分方法的为64.9%。结论加强护理人员对新生儿疼痛相关知识的培训,可使护理人员充分认识新生儿疼痛的危害,对及时评估、预防和降低新生儿疼痛具有积极的意义。
Objective To investigate nurses＇ knowledge on newborn pain and to propose a rational suggestion and measure to improve the knowledge. Method A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey the nurses＇ knowledge on newborn pains. Results The nurses knew no enough knowledge about newborn pains, and less about the method to evaluate their pains, which could not meet the needs of clinical work. Only 16.6% of the nurses knew something about how to evaluate the neonatal pains, 13.9% of them felt their knowledge could meet the need and only 22.5% of them could perform the eorrect evaluation. 64.9% of them believed it was a need for doctors and nurses to master the common method to evaluate the neonatal pains. Conclusion The enhanced training on neonatal pain-related knowledge to make sure the doctors and nurses recognize the harm of pains to newborns is important for the timely assessment of their pains, active prevention and alleviation of neonatal pains.
