摘要 采用Eu3+-DTPA标记L-929株靶细胞,经时间分辨荧光仪测定,建立一种崭新的时间分辨荧光分析法来测定细胞活性,此法具有灵敏度高,有效期长,不污染环境等优点。 A brand- new method for time-resolved fluorometric assay was established inthis paper. L- 929 being the target cell was labelled by Eu3+- DTPA. Cell viability was detectedthrough the time-resolved fluorometry. More and more attention has been payed to this methodfor those merits of high sensitivity, long period of validity and no environmental pollution et al.
