羟基磷灰石/40%氧化锆与骨组织相容性和生物活性的体内研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨羟基磷灰石/40%氧化锆(HA/40%ZrO2)骨植入后组织相容性和生物活性。方法30只家兔右侧股骨大转子植入HA/40%ZrO2,左侧植入HA为对照组,于术后1、2、4周处死动物通过光镜和手术前后1周白细胞计数(WBC)观察局部及全身炎症反应和骨/植入物界面情况。于术后4、8、16周时处死动物,通过光镜和扫描电镜分析,观察局部炎症反应及骨/植入物界面结合进行研究。结果①1、2、4周后植入物局部及全身均有轻微炎症反应,空隙随时间延长而逐渐减小,术后WBC较术前升高,有显著差异;于8、16周时局部及全身无明显炎症反应,骨与植入物结合紧密且无明显空隙,两组间无显著差异。②光镜下见1、2周少量炎症细胞浸润,4、8、16周无明显炎症细胞浸润;4周两组植入物与宿主骨间见骨缺损区,内充满新生类骨质;8周两种植入物与新生骨组织整合,新生骨组织成熟度升高。③扫描电镜下见新生骨成熟度随植入时间而升高。结论HA/40%ZrO2有良好的组织相容性和生物活性,具有广阔的临床应用前景。 Objective To explore histocompatibility and bioactivity between hydroxyapatite /40% zirconia ( HA/40% ZrO2 ) composite and bone tissue. Methods The amount of 30 rabbits' right greater trochanter of femur were implanted with HA/40% ZrO2, the left greater trochanters of femur were implanted with HA for control group. Rabbits were sacrificed on 1,2 and 4 weeks after operation and local and systemic inflammatory reaction and insert -bone interface integration were analyzed by light microscopy and WBC (one week before and after operation). Sacrificed on 4,8 and 16 weeks,local and systemic inflammatory reaction and insert- bone interface reactions were analyzed by light microscopy and SEM . Results (1)There were inserts' local and systemic inflammatory reaction in both groups after 1,2 and 4 weeks. The Spacing had been grown down along with time - lapse. The rising figure of WBC after operation had statistical significance; Local and systemic inflammatory reactions Spacing and were un- conspicuous when the 8th week and 16th week in two groups. The distinction between two groups was not obviously. (2)Light microscopy observation: Small amounts of inflammatory cell infiltration and bony coloboma were observed after 1 and 2 weeks later,but it didn't exist when the 4th,the 8th and 16th week. Nascent osteoid filled in the bony decayed area when the 4th week. Newly formed bone in two groups became ripeness formed osseointegra- tion with insert after 8 weeks. (3)SEM observation: Degree of maturity of has been become high in newly formed bone with time -lapse . Conclusion Not only satisfied histocompatibility does HA/40% ZrO2 have, but also it has preferable bioactivity.
