钛基材上羟基磷灰石生物活性研究 被引量:3

摘要 考察了电沉积时添加双氧水(H2O2)与不添加H2O2对羟基磷灰石涂层在模拟体液(Simulated body fluid,SBF)和柠檬酸修饰的磷酸缓冲液(Citric acid-containing phosphate buffer solutions,CPBS)中浸泡时生物活性的影响。扫描电镜(SEM)观察了涂层的形貌,X射线衍射仪(XRD)与傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱测试仪(FTIR)对涂层的物相组成、结构进行了分析。SBF浸泡试验表明涂层具有良好的生物活性;CPBS浸泡试验表明电沉积时加入H2O2的涂层的溶解性降低。本项工作对研制钛基材上高生物活性、长效性的羟基磷灰石涂层有积极意义。 The effect of H2O2 during the electrodeposition on the bioactivity of hydroxyapatite is studied by immersing the coatings in a simulated body fluid(SBF) and citric acid-containing phosphate buffer solutions (CPBS). The morphology of coatings is observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The composition and the structure of the coatings are analyzed transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Immersion resu bioactivity; the prepared coatings are less soluble in citric ac H2O2 is used during the electrodeposition. by X-ray diffractometer(XRD) and Fourier ts show that the coatings possess a good d modified phosphate buffer solutions when H2O2 is used during the eleetrodeposition.
