摘要
通过实践摸索出提高胶版纸不透明度的一些经验。在原材料上尽可能多的使用光学性能良好的阔叶木浆,选择合适的打浆度,增加少量的机械浆,增加适量的沉淀碳酸钙等;在纸机操作上尽可能地增加纸页的厚度,使纸页微观粗糙,对于提高纸页不透明度有良好的效果。
The experience to improve the opacity for offseting printing paper have been groped by practice. The good effect to improve paper opacity could be reached by using hardwood pulp with good optical property as raw materials, comfirming appropriate beating degree, adding a small amount of mechanical pulp and appropriate amount of precipitated calcium carbonate, increasing the thickness of web in the operation of paper machine as possible and making paper microscopic rough.
