摘要
提出我国农村信息化水平评价指标体系,对我国中部六省农村信息化水平进行分析比较和评价,同时分析面临的主要问题并提出建议,为领导部门决策和管理部门制定规划提供参考。
The evaluation index system for China s rural informatization was presented.The level of the rural informatization in six provinces of central were analyzed,compared and evaluated at the same time of the major issues were analysized and recommendations made,to provide reference for leadership decision-making and management planning.
