摘要
从学科建制角度对20世纪80年代以来我国信息化测度研究进行全面分析。从信息化测度的理论和概念框架、测度方法研究、测度案例研究、国外信息化测度研究的介绍与分析等方面对20年来的文献进行评述,总结存在的问题和提出改进的方向。认为20年来国内信息化测度研究存在的问题是:局限于测度的体系和指标,而对其理论和方法研究不足;对新趋势和新动向研究不足;尚未形成核心研究队伍,各学科的研究之间缺乏相互交流和借鉴;缺乏统一的理论框架。
The studies of informatizatinn measurement began in China in 1986.This paper firstly reviewes and appraises the present situation of the studies of informatization measurement in China from four aspects,including literature category,research troop,aspect and discipline organic characteristic,then it thoroughly analyzes the theory and concept frame of informatization measurement,the studies of informatization measurement methods,the measure cases researches,and the introduction and analysis of informatization measurement overseas.Finally this paper summarizes the existing problems in the studies of informatization measurement in China and proposes the direction to improve the research of informatization measurement.
