摘要
我国高等教育的教学改革必然是教学模式和教学理念的改变。TSIP是一种培养应用型人才的新教学模式,TSIP教学模式在工程管理相关专业教学中进行了实践应用,结合我国高等教育的现状,用心理学及高等教育理论阐述了其内涵及重要的现实意义。
The teaching reform in China＇s higher education must involve the change of teaching model and teaching philosophy. The TSIP model is a new teaching model to educate application-oriented personnel. In light of the present situation of China＇s higher education, this paper studies its application to the teaching of engineering management courses through elaborating its characteristics and practical significance from the perspectives of psychology and higher education theories.
