摘要
高校是一种具有自身独特规律的组织,高校人事管理中激励的运用必须符合教职工的特点与要求。具体地说,为了发挥教职工的积极性和革新精神,高校人事管理中的激励必须坚持公平性、层次性、物质激励与精神激励相结合的原则,并且要特别重视情感激励法、尊重激励法、榜样激励法等具体的激励策略。
Incentive is so essential in personnel administration that its application in universities and colleges must be compatible with characteristics and demands of the teaching faculty. To be more specific, in order to bring the faeuhy's initiative and innovation into full play, incentives must be applied according to various levels and by following the principles of being fair and the combination of material incentive with non-material incentive. In addition, the emphasis must be placed on the concrete incentive strategies such as emotional incentive, esteem incentive and model incentive.
