摘要
随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步确立和完善,高校也进入了“竞争性生活”时代。为适应时代的要求,高校对人事进行了几番改革,从适应计划经济的人事管理到与市场经济相匹配的人事制度的变革,高校人事制度日趋健全,但根本性问题仍然没有解决。21世纪的全新理念“人力资源开发与管理”和与之相关的激励机制在知识论的基础上则可以拓展我们认识论上的视野。
With the establishment and perfection of the socialist market economy system in China, higher schools and universities have entered into the competitive life. To meet the needs of stage, higher universities have reformed the personnel system for many times, that is from the personnel system which is suitable to planned economy and market economy, and the system is increasingly perfected, however the fundamental problem is not solved. In the 21st century, the mechanism of stimulation that is correlated with a new idea development and management of human resources can open up our view of epistemology on the base of theory of knowledge.
