摘要
港口船舶动态视频监控是港口交通安全管理的重要内容。文章论述了港口智能船舶动态视频监控系统的设计要点，研究通过AIS系统获取船舶动态数据并驱动智能球摄像机进行智能定位，实现航行船舶的自动化智能视频跟踪。文章提出了基于AIS的港口智能船舶动态视频监控系统的主要结构，介绍了软硬件组成及工作原理．重点阐述了自动监控决策控制模块的算法及在系统中的作用。
Ship dynamic video monitoring system is an important aspect This paper discusses the design features about the ship dynamic intelligent of port ＇ s traffic safety management. video monitoring system at the port, through the AIS system to obtain dynamic data of ships, and drive smart ball camera to position intelligently, realize the automation intelligent video tracking of sailing ships. This paper introduces the main structure based shipdynamic intelligent video monitoring system at the port, the hardware and software about the AIS- components and working principle, focuses on the decision-making algorithm of the automatically monitors control module and its role in the system.
